1.1. 15-Day Return Policy: You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

1.5. Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
